The Aboriginal Leadership Conference will focus on the enhancing the skills of our current and emerging leaders, whilst exploring the challenges of leadership.

This Leadership conference will explore the fear of success and why many of our Aboriginal leaders don't reach their full potential. 

Each of our Guest Speakers will share their personal stories regarding their challenges in gaining success in their given fields and how family and community don’t often support our own people to be successful.

The conference will focus on understanding these fears and how this impacts on our personal and professional lives... then we will discuss strategies to overcome these fears and reach our highest potential.

The Conference will be followed by a 2nd day with a series of Master Classes delivered by Aboriginal Leaders who will share their knowledge as leaders and the strategies they developed to achieve their success.
